New Wheels

by SandyJayFeb 24, 2024
I used a stencil of tire treads on white paper then cut out my title on my Cricut (font called Magneto, purchased online). I entered this for the Video Game challenge & Cherry Lift challenge. I lifted mathandlit, in the second photo. TYFL!

Great lift. Love the font and the stenciled paper for the die cut alphas!! I loved my van too - they do pack a lot.

That font was cool, worked good for the page. Thanks always, Susan!

That’s a great font and I made a note of it - I love cricut for titles but sometimes I feel like I spend more time searching than anything else. I finally got smart to bookmarking the ones that I like AND cut well.

Most I get from design bundles dot net. They sometimes have dollar font bundles. Or, I just buy the ones I want.

That is one thing that really worked out fun on this page, was the pop of pink. Thanks for visiting!

Great layout!! Love the title font!! Thanks for playing along with my challenge!! (I share the same sentiment about mini vans from my teens/twenty’s LOL, currently drive a Ford Explorer so I’m still holding out, HAHA)

Thank you for the compliments, and for the fun, fun challenge! Keep holding out with that Explorer, Hahaha!

Wow, that title! I could tell right away which of my layouts you lifted lol! And it turned out great--perfect for a vehicle layout. (I love my Honda Pilot!)

Another happy Pilot owner! Thank for the kind words. I love your work! The circles were perfect for the wheels theme.

Fun layout. The circles work really well. Also a Honda van owner when my girls were growing up. Downsized to a Pilot. Still holds a lot!

Good to know for when I downsize! It is great too, for scrapbooking getaways, lol! Thank you for looking!

Gorgeous lift! I also had a van for awhile… but was more for the comfort of the dogs. Very cool stencil idea. I still have the ancient cricut and layouts like this make me want to upgrade.

I had the old Cricut with the cartridges, and making titles is the one main reason I upgraded. No regrets. I had to call the company to get them to download all my cartridges.

Same happened to me! It was a real chore to get all the cartridges linked to the design space.

Great scrap lift. Fun story about your van, it carries a lot of scrapping supplies!

The van certainly does hold a lot of scrap supplies, thank goodness! Gotta love a good workhorse! :).

Love this fun lift, Sandy! Great colors and design. The journaling is fantastic and made me chuckle. I've been there too. Hauling our girls all over the east coast for sports required a mini van! We had two of them also. Thanks for doing the February Cherry Lift Challenge.

Thanks Vicki for hosting! I am glad you got a laugh out of it and could relate. It was a fun cherry lift, thank you for the compliments!
