My nephew Alex proposed to his girlfriend at the top of the highest mountain in Oahu, where they're both stationed. He hiked the 6+ mi., 5K elevation trail twice - once to put the sign up, and then again the next day to propose! Their friend told him, if she'd said no, then Alex should jump down, to avoid doing the challenging hike again. Good thing she said yes. ;-)
