When we lived in NJ during the early 1970s, I remember my dad making blueberry jam with the nearby wild blueberries we’d pick each year. Fast forward to this year, my friend and I went to a local pick-your-own farm to gather blueberries; I had no idea just how much I had picked. The first thing that came to mind was blueberry pancakes. I wanted to make jam but had never tried it because of the whole water bath thing. After a quick search, I found an easy recipe for refrigerator jam, and I was on my way. Oh. My. Goodness. There is nothing like pancakes and jam made with freshly picked fruit!!!
The jam recipe is on the pull-up tag.
The woodgrain paper is from a Crafters Consortium pad (love the variety!), the stickers are Dazzles (the jar sticker is on vellum), and the panblueberries are doodled.
