I went in a little bit of a different direction with this one...instead of changes I want to make, I did a layout about a change I've already seen. This is a playground where I spent a lot of time as a kid.

Journaling reads: "In the summer of 2006, we were visiting Corry and I thought I'd take the kids to the old neighborhood playground where I spent so much time as a kid. This place was just a corner lot about a block from our house--nothing fancy--just a swingset, some monkey bars and a slide, bordered by a huge factory parking lot. My brothers, sister, and I loved it though.
I was surprised and disappointed to find it looking so abandoned. No swings; rusty steps on the slide; slats missing from the one lonely bench. I guess such a humble playground isn't too attractive to kids today. It made me feel old."
On the journaling card, I put a quote that seemed fitting: I Corinthians 13:11: "When I was a child, I spoke as a child; I understood as a child; I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things."
