I used Stampin' Up Border Builders set. I then used the Crystal Effects and put that on the lights to make them look like glass. I then used a bit of the dazzling diamonds glitter for a bit of shine. I almost brought out the green pad to make the cord and remembered NO GREEN!!! LOL! So Black was used instead.
