KF patterned paper -- all journalling printed on vellum. The embellishments are Paper Bliss -- the teeth came with braces, which were SOOO cute, but I didn't need them, so I unwired them... They came out okay.

I agree about the story effect with the page. You have it all in the layout. The start, steps in between and the end which shows the emotional steps too. The anxiety to the joy that this is over.And for a dentist layout I like that you stuck to all blues.
