Hidden Journaling Tag!  Make a tag for journaling. In my example the journaling will be hidden by the flaps of paper that wrap around the tag. The flaps stay closed with a Velcro dot or magnetic disc. You may use any type of embellishments on your tag.  This Fast Scrap is open to both digi and paper.
