Twelve
At times I find it hard to believe you are going to be twelve soon. You are growing into such a fine young man. And growing you are, you just shot up 2 inches in the past month, and 3 inches in the 2 months prior. It seems like you are eating enough for a football team. I can’t believe you are so independent and grown up. You can stay home alone for short periods of time; you have invited a girl over, and even went to your 1st school dance this year. We went on several trips, visited Valley Forge Park and even went horseback riding. . I think you have had a great year, and I am so glad that I get to enjoy it with you.
So in just 12 days from now you will be 12. You are not my little boy anymore, and that makes part of me sad, and I am looking forward to you growing up even more.
