As soon as I saw the January Mood Board Challenge I knew I wanted to scrap photos of winter in our yard, along with Boomie being out there enjoying the snow. I have been wanting to do this challenge since I first saw it! I just love that mood board and all the pine trees in the snow reminded me of how beautiful our yard looks when it snows. I have taken many pics of our pines and other trees in the snow, so I was inspired to scrap some of them. And of course the doggies in the snow on the mood board also made me think of my doggies in the snow. I was also inspired by just the simple word "winter" for my title. The pics here are from February 2010. We had so much snow that year and our Boomie enjoyed every minute of it.

I wish you could see how glittery those big snowflakes are. They just sparkle but you can never capture that completely in a photo.

I loved the snow with the trees paper in the Bo Bunny Altitude collection but it had teals and purples in the upper right and lower left corners and I didn't want any color at all. So I used one of the other papers in the collection to cover those areas up. Thanks Deanna for the great inspiration!
