No it's not Twinkie… it's puppy Cider on his first day home!
Journaling on left page: I made a bed for Cidie out of a cardboard box. I put a blanket in it and some toys and put his name on it with a little sign that I made on my computer. He looked so adorable all snuggled up in it. He slept in it a lot until he got older, at which point he started biting on it and chewing it and eventually ended up destroying it. I was able to save the little sign with his name on it, and you can still see his precious little teeth marks.
Journaling on right page: The first meal Cider ate he had to put his front paw into the bow in order to reach his food. The next time he ate he didn't have to do that He grew very quickly!
On the bottom of the left page is the actual sign I made him for his bed in 1996. You can see his little teeth marks in it!
I used some of the Little B corrugated tape as a stamp… I inked it and stamped some faint lines on the dark mat paper behind the photo on the left page and the journaling card on the right page.
