July Technique Challenge - glitter
by HelloKitty94Jul 17, 2006
I started this layout at the Scrapbook Expo in Atlanta this weekend, during the Friday night crop, and finished it up when I got home. I painted the background using Making Memories paints, freestyle painting, and then I used the quotes that came with our Crop package. The glitter element was a make-n-take at the Expo using stencils, ink and glitter - first we used some daubers and stamping ink in the stencil, then spread some kind of paste, and finished it off with blue violet glitter.
