For my December Music Challenge - to use the album cover, or any song from, Dolly Parton's "A Holly Dolly Christmas" for inspiration. I was inspired by the album cover… the glittery look, the red frame, the white background with the white glittery tree against it, the red and white colors with the touch of green, the white outline against the red frame, and the large red ric rack on Dolly's dress. Pic is of my sweet Maddie Christmas last year.

Journaling:
Present opening comes to a screeching halt once Maddie opens a present that is a book. Suddenly the atmosphere of excitement and frenzy of opening presents turns to calm and serenity as she immediately immerses herself in the book.
