<FONT face=arial>These are a few of my favorite things! I just couldn't get that song out of my head, so I decided to rewrite it to suit my needs. It is printed on the vellum in the middle of the layout, and reads:<BR><BR><BR>"Shiny round bottle caps, <BR>And sheer vellum paper, <BR>Brads in all sizes <BR>to hold things together,<BR>Metal clips shaped just like hearts, squares and rings,<BR>These are a few of my favorite things…<BR><BR>Slide mounts for covering, <BR>stamping and painting,<BR>Preserving our memories <BR>in books I’m creating<BR>Ribbons, like fibers, are more than just strings,<BR>These are a few of my favorite things…<BR><BR>When the dog barks,<BR>When the kids scream,<BR>When I’m feeling mad,<BR>I simply sit down to my favorite things,<BR>And then I don’t feel so bad…"<BR><BR><BR>My six pictures are of metal clips, slide mounts, brads, vellum, ribbon, and bottle caps. I used red, white, and blue for my colors. the journaling says, <BR><BR><BR>"As the title and song say, these are just a few of my favorite things. I love so many of my scrapbook supplies!! Rub-ons, page pebbles, the list goes on and on. These are also just a few of my favorite colors. I have found that red, white, and/or blue can be found on almost all of my pages -- boy, Christmas, friends, 4th of July, boating...they are definitely my most used colors. And fortunately, they make me feel good.
