Birthday on BasicGrey in Black

Followed SketchnScrap Sketch #203, while joining 2 of our Oct. challenges: Manufacturer with Twist and Card Challenge.
The patterned paper is Basic Grey and I have lots of Black elements.
I used 4 different washi tapes-2 middle flags, and 2 different thin metallic ones (down the edges of the base patterned and a strip down the vertical gold piece.)
Silver EP for the sentiment ad black EP for the extra message below.
Some elements I just do not know the manufacture.
