I made this for "Chris's NSD Mixed Manufacturer Challenge."
I used Spray Paint by "Tulip" in purple. Stencil by "Heidi Swapp." Scrapbooking papers by Graphic 45 and Spellbinders. Posca Paint Pen. Paints by Dylusions. The rooster is popped up on pop dots.
