I participated in a Secret Santa swap on another site and part of the swap is creating a handmade gift for your partner. I first worked on the cross-stitch piece; then painted and lined a wooden box, added ribbon and lace, and finished with 3D flowers, gems, and washi tape.

The layout is a lift (from another site). The bright pink flowers are stenciled and the roses is fussy-cut from a very old Basic Grey scrap.
