Wow. This is my first foray into Ranger/Tim Holtz Distress Embossing Glazes. Translucent! Yet vivid! I'm amazed it can be both at the same time. This particular shade of red is gorgeous--so bright, so deep, like an enamel. Then there's the difference in appearance depending on whether you put the powder over Distress Embossing Ink (clear), or Candied Apple Distress Oxide, or some completely other Distress product shade. Lots of experimentation--not to get a good result, that happens with every try. Experimenting to see what new and beautiful look occurs when doing something just a bit differently. So worth it--whether you want a free-style background or to highlight a sentiment.
