August Cherry Box Cards

Hi crafty friends! Emily with you today to share three lovely cards I made using the August Cherry Box. Did you see Friday’s YouTube Live class? I created one of my three cards & wanted to share the rest with you today. Check out the replay below if you missed it!

Here is the card I made on the Live on Friday. It’s a fun, colorful card featuring a mini shaker! I also decided to make a shaker tag along with it. This Cherry Box comes with all kinds of beautiful Pinkfresh goodies, perfect for documenting your summer trips, or for making bright & cheery cards! What I really appreciated as a cardmaker about this box is the stamp set that comes with it. It has a bunch of beauitful sayings for cardmaking! But you can definitely use the pretty giant floral stamp as a background for a scrapbook layout as well. Here I used the stamp that reads “you make me happy dance”.

I also used the beautiful rainbow Alphabet Thickers that came in the box to recreate the words “happy dance” and the purple gems studded on the outside for a little pop. I made a fun cluster on the inside using the ephemera, vellum embellishments, & chipboard flair from the box. I had a lot of fun making this one!

For my final card, I decided to keep it simpler and create a thank you card featuring the stamp. I added a little ephemera and some vellum embellishments & I think it turned out nice! For the inside, I just featured some of the paper cut up with some more embellishments. It was really easy to make these cards since all the product is from the Pinkfresh Delight line. Makes it easy to mix and match!
