The winner is Kristin G! Please send me a PM with your address and I will get your Mystery Box on the way! Thanks to all the Cherries who participated. A reminder -- Mystery Box Challenge 2 is still open! (And check back for another Mystery Box challenge to come ... with more Basic Grey!)
-----------------------------
This will be a manufacturer challenge with a twist. You must create a layout that uses at least 10 different items from 10 different manufacturers. So, for example, you cannot use 10 enamel dots from 10 different manufacturers. It must be 10 different items; enamel dots would be one item no matter how many manufacturers they came from. I must be able to see the item so adhesive does not count. Also, no double-dipping. For example, if you use a Catherine Pooler stamp with Tim Holtz ink it can only count for one of those manufacturers.
Edited to add 7/17: You may count different types of paper as different items -- solid cardstock, patterned paper, vellum, mulberry paper, for example. But three different patterned papers can only count as one item even if they are from different manufacturers.

The twist is you must use only ONE photo.
Post your page here along with a list of the 10 manufacturers you used and what item came from each manufacturer. Also, include page locations for small items.
This is based on a challenge Louise/Traveler posted a while ago. Thank you, Louise, for the idea!
The prize is a mystery box of items I have accumulated while cleaning/reorganizing my scrap room. Well, it is a semi-mystery box. I will tell you a little about what’s inside so that you can better determine how useful it would be to you:
- 10 sheets of Basic Grey Oh Baby! Boy, plus tags and alpha stickers
- 36 other papers, including 22 from a Fancy Pants pad
- a variety of embellishments, including chipboard, felt and metal items
Some of the papers and embellishments are baby/boy themed. Overall, this box would be most useful to someone scrapping baby boy/little boy photos. However, I would say most of the items (including some of the Basic Grey) could be used for a variety of other scrappy projects. Very little is feminine, though. A couple of the papers and some of the chipboard and felt are designed for 12x12 pages and will not work for 8.5 x 11. My thought is that no one will love everything in the box, but everyone could find more than a few things to enjoy. If there is interest in this “mystery box” challenge I have more stuff for additional boxes. We’ll see how it goes!
Some rules:
1. Post your entry here along with the list of manufacturers, items and page locations. Use only ONE photo.
2. Deadline is 11:59 pm Sunday, August 16.
3. Must be a new layout. Layouts only.
4. No combining with other challenges except team/prompt-type challenges.
5. One entry per Cherry.
6. Only open to US Cherries due to high cost of mailing the prize internationally.
Any questions, please ask away!
