Scrap a Day, July 8th

Hey Cherries. Not much going on here today. The sun is finally out and I should get outside today and work on finishing up my backyard pots. I just need some motivation.

I need to finish packing and get the house ready for our house/puppy sitter. Technically, she will be taking care of Artemis, too, but that silly kitty will probably just stay outside all day every day. LOL

Not much happening today at my house. DH just left to drive for Avis. Not walking today. Did something to my knee yesterday. Iced it up last night and not pushing it too hard today. Going to be well into the 80's today, sunny and warm. A good summer day. Need to figure out dinner. And do some more crafting as my sister comes in a couple of weeks and there will be no crafting then.

Good morning Cherries. This cherry is dragging today. Up early for PT and it was rough today. I know what is coming is worth it but the getting there is hard. Now just icing and elevating. Signed up for a mini school workshop at 1:00 then I will be pulling pictures to scrap, do not want to let July get away from me. Have a great day everyone.

Poking my snout in to join in on the A&P (aches and pains) club.

Biffed myself up at work nearly 4 years ago. Required surgery,mwhich did not work out the way the MD said it would--except for the bit about not being able to reach up that high. Just got off the phone with the WC lawyer. It's moving along like molasses. All I am taking is Motrin.

Another round of hot weather is due next week. Fuuun; real fun, not.

Hazy sunny skies with almost no breeze and low 90’s today. Need to sweep and dust and a few dishes in the sink. Saturday is oldest DS’s bday but he works weekends so going out tonight for his bday dinner. Both sons and widower BIL and me-some party huh! Cattlemen’s Steakhouse!

That’s about it. Summer is pretty dull around here. lol. Have a wonderful Wednesday.

Hello Cherries!

I have another home alone part of the day! lol! The guys just went to town. They’ll go see Mike on the swine boat and spend some time with him and they’ll go to the thrift store. Joe’s favorite place to shop here.

Meanwhile I’m going to take advantage of proper shower (not a jump in jump back out barely wet one) and wash my hair.

After that I’m going to scrap. We will see how the rest of the day goes.

I’ve forgotten how much energy it takes to keep up with a hyper 12 year old boy! Hahaha!

Ginni, I whacked my arm, but I did have surgery on my right knee years ago.

My husband was dx'd as hyper as a kid; his mom used the Feingold Diet on him. No processed sugar, he'd use honey, brown sugar.... He knows what will will set him off, but heck, he's an adult. If I see he's gettimg wiggy, I ask whats going on.

Eh, think I am going to turn in early tonight.
