Inspired by a card I saw on Pinterest using a golf cart with trailing balloons. Pretty much everything cut with Cricut. Dogs stamped and cut with Hero Arts set. Balloons, gifts and clouds all cut from Doodlebug patterned paper scraps. For April Manufacturer Challenge. Also embellised the inside, back and envelope.
