"With all your heart"

I'd been tossing the idea of somehow scrapping about dd's lovey, her Lambie. She is such a good sport, she let me cut his heart to add to the page! Right there on the front of Lamie is a satin heart. But he's so old and worn that half of the stitching had come off, it was hanging on by a thread, lol. She's had this half-blanket/half-stufed lamb since she was a baby and it has never left her side since. I keep telling her that one day soon she'll need to let him move on and that we'll put him up on the shelf. Pretty soon there will be nothing left of him!

My journaling describes the love that she has for this blanket and describes just how worn he is. On the back of the photo in the pocket, I wrote the statistics, like his name, who gave him, how long she's had him.
I'm pretty proud of myself with this lo, as I finally got the Provo Craft Sew Crafty sewing machine to work! The journaling is printed on a transparency, layered over a close-up image of dd looking at her Lambie. I faded the image and softened the edges and then added the text ontop.

-----------------------------------------------
Imagination Progect- Gin-X; She Wears Pink
O'Scrap- Choices; Love
Rebecca Sower- Nostalgiques paper clips; Findings
Sticko- Inspirables stone stickers; Hearts
Making Memories- Details washer words, mini tags, photo anchors
Misc- robbon, staples, buttons, paint, lace,
The Card Connection- Collage Keepsakes; metal corners

So pretty!
Love it.
Great job!
This LO made me cry. I still have my childhood blankie, this struck a cord with me. TFS!!
I like how you stapled the fabric strips on, I'll have to try that.
That is very special. Great job!
