My I page for my Twinkie and Sky from A to Z album for the ABC Album Challenge.
Journaling:
Birthdays are a lot of fun for Twinkie and Sky. Whenever we celebrate one of their birthdays they always get a doggie ice cream cup. It is usually a Frosty Paws, or sometimes a doggie yogurt, and once they see me take them out of the freezer and we start singing Happy Birthday, they know they are going to get them. This makes them very happy and they get so excited. After they finish them we bring out the presents and they have a great time ripping the paper off and playing with their new toys.
On Twinkie’s first birthday we got her a princess crown, but she wouldn’t keep it on. The only way we could keep it on her for a pic was to have daddy hold it on her head. On Sky’s first birthday we got birthday hats, and although Sky would keep hers on, Twinkie kept taking it off of her. We managed to get some pics of Sky with her hat on, but we had to keep Twinkie from taking it off.
Whenever it is someone else’s birthday, right after we sing happy birthday and are ready to cut the cake, we give them each a Frosty Paws. This way they get some birthday “cake” too. They now have learned that once they see the candles being put on a birthday cake, they get super excited because they know a Frosty Paws is coming!
