Very nice use of the white background! I love the waves and the borders at the top and bottom of the page, the placement of the tag at the bottom is perfect! Great page!

I love those waves. I used to have a set of wave borders in different colors but got rid of them cuz I didn't know what to do with them. You nailed it!
