Journaling is hidden behind the top left picture, but reads: Spencer, as a baby you had what is called torticollis--the muscle on the left side of your neck was tight, so you had a tendency to always look to the right. As a result, you had to go to a physical therapist twice a week for a period of time to stretch out the neck muscle.

Products used:

paper - Marcella by Kay, David Walker

ribbon

slide mounts

Making memories - paint, foam alphabet stamps, metal circle letters

Sizzix flower

Jo-Ann Scrap Essentials ribbon alpha charms

clear buttons

Diamond Glaze

Junkitz Rounderz

decorative scissors

Scrapworks hugz

I used ribbon in a little bit different way. I made a tag from ribbon. I placed a strip of ribbon horizontally, found the center of the ribbon, and then folded each end downward at a 90 degree angle, with a slight overlap in the middle. I used decorative scissors to trim the bottom of the ribbon tag.

Thanks for looking!

debra
