For my February Music Challenge - to chose a song title containing the word "Love" and use it for the title of your layout. This is my sweet newest grand doggie Cronus and my layout tells his story.
Journaling:
The story of how my new sweet grand doggie became a part of the family. When I arrived at Cindy and Eric’s for Aiden’s 12th birthday party, they surprised me. Maddie was holding an adorable little fluff ball that she obviously was in love with. They told me that they were fostering it until it found a home. Apparently, earlier in the day Cindy saw a message from an animal rescue organization (the one that helped find Athena when she went missing) that an emergency fostering was needed for a litter of puppies that were found at a home where the person that was living there had been evicted. They needed immediate foster homes for the puppies that night, so Cindy right away said she would take one. Well, anyone who knows Cindy knows that there was no way she was going to give that little baby up once she got it home. They were all in love with it. Eric had the baby with him for half the night that I was there. But they still said it was a foster and they didn’t know how their other three dogs were going to take to it. Maddie gave it the name Cronus, keeping with the god/goddess theme of their other dogs… Zeus, Athena, and Maia. Cronus ended up getting along very well with the others, and he is an official member of the family now. And at 6 months old now he is a much bigger fluff ball… and still growing!
Papers and elements from these kits: Puppy Love (JSS), Can We Keep It (Blagovesta Gosheva), Puppy Love-Boy (Jen Yurko), Best Buddy (The Hidden Heart), Puppy Love (Laurie's Scraps), and Furbabies Here Doggy Doggy (Designs by Shelle)
