You might want to have one of those tall wood letters that you can alter. Something like this

About 6"-9" tall. Just saying..........

And no it doesn't have to be a letter M, any letter you want to use.

I found the photo on the Hobby Lobby online shop.

Yeah I think you can buy the wooden letters at Wal-Mart too.............I think.

I altered 3 of those 6" tall wooden letters earlier this spring for my grandson. I think I may have gotten them at either Mike's or JoAnns - I forget which.

How exciting. I just came back from vacation in Florida and stopped in a LSS there and they had letters 60% and I bought one each for my grandkids names. I'm ready for this challenge.

I just found AC Moore recently (Savannah) and thought they had a pretty nice and different selection verses Michael's, actually picked up some nice Bo Bunny and embossing stuff yesterday! Haven't tried HL there's one in Jax- but I like going to Joann's in Jax
