the honeymoon is over...

and back to the real world for us! It was short and sweet, we were not ready for it to end, but we gotta keep the paychecks rolling in! Everything turned out amazingly gorgeous considering the total chaos my yard was in just a week before. My sister-in-law is a GODDESS! She went and got herself ordained to perform our ceremony, and took care of absolutely everything for me! I really just had to get my house cleaned and ready for company, plan/order food and get us ready! Tom was still in the yard early Saturday morning with last minute touch ups and the kids set up the tables and chairs under a big tent; white linens all around (compliments of my brother and sister-in-law).

CONGRATS!!! Your situation reminds me of the phrase "that which does not kill us makes us stronger". I am so glad you were able to have the ceremony and had such a nice honeymoon!!! Did Harley help with the ceremony?

thanks everyone! my best friend Patty, who's dad I posted was really sick, had ben given his last rites of Friday... Patty came to the wedding but didn't stay long - she was staying with her parents and helping her mom. She called the next day to say Pop passed at 4:30 Sunday morning. Very sad end to the weekend but he is at rest and feeling no pain.
