Always Remember Today -- BW Photo conversion challenge
by moodyonceamthApr 25, 2007
I LOVE this accidental photo of Emily. She was balanced on a log, pretending to fly. When I took the picture, I must have moved slightly. She is mainly in focus, but the background is blurred with a spinning effect. In the color version (Included here) she is much more crisp, but in addition to converting the photo to black and white, I also used my Kodak software's "enhance" function to acheive the effect shown here.
Black Bazzill cardstock, Junkitz Extreme Boy paper, American Crafts rub ons ("always") Heidi Swapp clear stamps ("remember" and "today") and white Sharpie. The journaling is cut off...it reads "This picture was accidental...but just ike many of the unexpected things in life, it's a great thing. It's a reminder to stop and observe the things around you."
Thanks for looking!
