SS Challenge #7 - My Wedding
by GypsymonkeyMar 15, 2005
I think that the most challenging part of this was not picking the pics out or even finding ones that were black and white...but attaching the ribbon! I was out of my handy dandy double sided sticky tape, so I came up with the clever idea of using eyelets to attach the ribbon. Definitely easier said than done!!!Products used:Daisy D's PaperEK Success ChalkDeja Views Vellum QuoteHot off the Press Paper Pizzazz Heritage frameEyelet Queen EyeletsFibers by the Yard FibersMaking Memories Charmed Plaques Love 2Making Memories Be Inspired Ribbon - I Love YouMaking Memories Script Ribbon CharmKaren Foster Design Chain Charm LoveVellum for journaling..had on handJournaling on Page 1: Getting married was taking another step in the book of our lives together. I still remember how nervous Bob was on the morning of our wedding. he said he wasn't sure if he could go through with it. I told him, "If you aren't ready to marry me ... it's okay, you don't have to." I was nervous and wondered what the next words would be to come out of Bob's mouth. It was all for nothing. Bob looks at me and says, "I'm ready to marry you. That's not the problem. It's standing up with everyone staring at us that makes me nervous!" The goofball!!!Journaling on Page 2: The black and white photos of our wedding are among my favorite. They fit in very well with having had our wedding at the historic Scotia Inn in Scotia, California. Originally, we had planned to have our wedding out of doors here under the weeping willows, but in early May, it was still damp and cold out.
